We bought a rental cabin/ vacation home about a year and a half ago. Tony was the first guy we called to help us with our first issue. Now several problems later we STILL call him “our guy” and “THE man” because he’s always kind, gets out here within 24hrs, on time (if not, early), and talented at what he does! He ALWAYS fixes our plumbing problems and we will always choose Tony/ Mountain Top Plumbing over EVERYONE else. Tony is seriously a wonderful man!

I had a slow flushing toilet, in my Gatlinburg rental cabin, that my fix-it-guy could not resolve. Called Mt Top Plumbing & Tony was right on time, very professional, super friendly and found this stuck in the line, never thought a saber-tooth pool chalk thingy ever existed, let alone be the obstruction, ha! He will be my go to plumber from now on.

I had a drain stoppage problem and called several of these "Plumbers" listed on YP, I was put off, told I would have to pay a distance fee...etc. I called Mountain Top and he answered immediately, I told him my problem and he asked where I was located....that was it! He was here within 30 minutes and fixed the problem in his words "less time that it took to write the invoice" and for someone on a tight budget he was a blessing! Call them and talk to Tony, he takes care of hometown people at hometown prices! Thank you Tony!

We own a vacation rental cabin in Gatlinburg and received a 10:30 P.M. call from our guests saying that they didn't have enough hot water to last through one shower. After searching the internet, my husband called Mountain Top Plumbing and left a voice mail message at around 11:30 that night. Tony promptly returned the call and said that he'd take care of it first thing in the morning. He replaced both elements in our hot water heater that morning and advised our guests to wait an hour before taking a shower. I texted the guests at 11:30 A.M., and she said that they had all enjoyed hot showers already! Now that's what we call excellent service! We manage our vacation rental from out of state, and we are so pleased that our problem was so seamlessly handled. We highly recommend Mountain Top Plumbing!!!!!

This is a fantastic company! Tony is a very personable, responsive, genuinely good person, that's skilled at his profession. The invoicing is flawless and clearly describes all of the work that was completed. His pricing is fair and honest, and the quality of work is second to none.

Very Prompt service. I called several plumbing companies in the area and none could help me in the near future. He came out the same day and gave me an estimate. Came back the next day and fixed everything a leaking faucet a drain I could not unstop and had not drained in several months. Now everything drains turns off and my water bill thanks him. He is a very nice person and very easy to work with. I recommend him all the time and will use him again if or when the time comes. He is very reasonable and does excellent work.
